Our engineering team studies the customer’s existing process, component details, production target, cycle-time expectation, available workspace and safety requirements.

ECONOMIC & TECHNICAL PROPOSAL

Based on the initial study, we prepare a proposal covering the recommended concept, project scope, technical specifications, commercial terms and expected deliverables.

PURCHASE ORDER CONFIRMATION

Project execution begins after receiving the confirmed purchase order and finalising the agreed technical and commercial scope.

DESIGN APPROVAL PROCESS

Mechanical layouts, machine concepts, technical specifications and operating sequences are developed and submitted for customer review and approval.

MACHINE DETAILING

Following design approval, detailed mechanical drawings, manufacturing specifications, electrical architecture and component requirements are prepared.

PROCUREMENT PLANNING

Required mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic and automation components are planned and procured according to the approved design.
